Karma Doctors has by far, been the best Psychiatrist's office I have ever been a part of. I have struggled with anxiety and depression for well over 20 years and working with the providers and staff has been amazing. No matter the need, reason for my call, and even when in crisis, Karma Doctors has been there for me. The staff is knowledgeable, quick to respond, and I was able to see a psych doctor for my first visit within days. Depression makes you want to give up on yourself, so its nice to have a facility that does not give up on me! I will continue my care with Karma Doctors and will recommend anyone I meet to this facility. Don't be scared to get help.... Karma Doctors are the best to help! I’d like share my experience with Karma Doctors TMS. Over the last few years my depression and anxiety had me feeling paralyzed.I heard about TMS through my Dr.so a gave it a try. It’s 35 treatments in total. I went I met with Dr Sanders and his staff Amber and Mark. They are really lovely people and I enjoy seeing them on my appointments. I did about 20 or so appointments and wasn’t noticing to much difference, then suddenly I started to notice I wasn’t as worried and a little more at peace, less dread and a little happier to be alive. I had my doubts but I’m glad I stuck with it. In the end I was happier than when I started. I had my doubts because It takes awhile, but I’m glad I stuck with it. I recommend it. the name really fits and super appropriate ... firstly the front office staff are the best ever. Really responsive and extremely sweet. My therapist got me through a really rough patch where I though I was losing my mind. He initially ran diagnotics which narrowed down most appropriate treatment. Then we spent a couple months working with various meds to hone in on best ever results... Im doing great now. Don't hesitate. These guys deliver and are just so easy to work with at every level. I give them 10 stars on a 5 scale. They deserve it oh btw we met by telehealth appt weekly and I really think they are as good as meeting in person. worked well for me. ~ Bobby I

I was really happy & grateful how quickly, professionally and precise, they were a quick attention to detail to my needs. Made my 1st contact & within a the same week I had an appointment with the psychiatrist, Dr. Patel. Went I got to speak to the doctor. It was amazing. I had been waiting for almost 3 years to see a psychiatrist, and within a few hours after I left a voicemail they responded and as I mentioned before within the same week, I had an appointment with the doctor. The Staff at Karma Dr’s truly care, especially Raymond Chung , who is a wealth of knowledge with an amazing voice of perspective and guidance. He genuinely loves his work and helps others with true empathy and understanding. He is the best therapist I have ever encountered, and I feel incredibly fortunate and blessed to have him in my corner when life becomes complicated. They care about your wellbeing and your journey to getting back to a happy and healthy state of mind. I have been very pleased with my zoom meetings with Nicole Wright to meeting Dr. Saunders and Staff at the KARMA TMS clinic, to calling to set up appointments or have any questions over the phone. This Dr was recommended to me and I turned them down. I was reluctant to have a "phone Dr". After some research, I reached out and it's been a very rewarding decision. Dr. Wright and Dr. Rae are awesome. I feel like they really have my back and they put me at ease. All the staff that have received or returned my calls are very polite and always helpful. The staff are great and communicate. The quality of care is excellent and consistent. They have helped me with my Mental Health. I highly recommend for those that truly seek to improve their mental wellbeing. Not just seeking Aderral or Ativan as a fix. I'm personally grateful for having them as my mental health provider. I am beyond grateful for Karma Doctors & Associates. After dealing with another practice what would not listen to my symptoms and misdiagnose me, I came across Karma Doctors and I'm glad I did. DR. I am a 69 year old retired RN who has been under a psychiatrist care for 39 years NO BREAKS FROM MEDICATION. Karma has been so helpful these last couple years. The best I’ve been with is my Dr Nicole Wright. Omg, she is so attentive, professional and helpful I don’t know what I’ll do if we’re separated. I enjoy excellence. What stands out the most about Karma Doctors is their quick responsiveness and personal touch. They really make you feel like a priority in a healthcare world where you feel like just a number. Oishee, Maya & Rachel have gone above and beyond to meet my needs even on a short notice. They really go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. For starters, I want to say that coming to the realization that you need help is not an easy thing. Reaching out for help is one step, but finding a team of people who genuinely care about your well-being is another. That is exactly what Karma Doctors has provided for me. I especially want to recognize the Palm Springs office. Ms. Nicole and Ms. Vanessa are truly wonderful people. Nicole is a psychiatrist, and Vanessa is a therapist, and they have both been incredibly supportive throughout my journey. I highly recommend them—10 out of 10. Their assistants are amazing as well. Everyone is helpful, professional, and willing to answer any questions you may have. They create an open, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable discussing what you’re going through. One of the things I appreciate most is the level of privacy and respect they provide to their patients. Knowing that you are in a safe space where your concerns are taken seriously makes a huge difference. This clinic has been amazing from day one. The staff is so attentive and understanding, always willing to help with paperwork or answer any questions. Psych actually takes the time to explain prescriptions to me and listens to my input. Previous psychs would generally just ask if I was currently suicidal and then end the appt immediately. Therapist is really nice but also pushes back on my harmful beliefs and habits. Would recommend. ~ Mitchell I
